About Greenwood Clinic and Med Spa
At Greenwood Clinic and Med Spa, our mission is to empower our clients to " Live in harmony with their inner self". Our aim is to bring a unique concept of primary care, aesthetics, and wellness under one roof. We recognize that no two individuals are alike, and our approaches to primary care and wellness reflect that.
Greenwood Clinic and Med Spa is accepting new clients.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most Private Insurances at our Primary Care. For patients with insurance, your copay will be due at the time of your visit and we will bill your insurance for any remaining balance.
At Greenwood Clinic, we practice integrated medicine by taking a preventative approach to healthcare and finding the root cause of your symptoms from a whole body perspective (body, mind, and spirit). After discussing your lab results with you, our health care provider will create an individualized and custom plan designed to achieve your optimal wellbeing.
Please note there is a $50 charge for no call, no show, or arriving 15 minutes late for appointments without a 24 hour notice for all primary care appointments .

If you do not have insurance, we offer discounted rates through our Pay-Per-Service program.

Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
Closed for lunch daily 12:30pm - 1:00pm
